From identity systems to circular economies, inclusive education to urban-scale sustainability, Endre’s work bridges disciplines to create new models for a world in balance. His thinking is rooted in ecology—acknowledging the interdependence of people, nature, culture, and economy—and guided by the belief that design is our most powerful tool for shaping collective understanding and shared futures.
As co-founder at ANTI, he pioneered a systems-thinking approach to brand identity—most notably for Bergen International Festival (Festspillene i Bergen), which earned the Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Design and redefined best practice in the field. His work has been recognized with the Red Dot Grand Prix, One Show Golds, ADC awards, and more.
Today, he leads VILL Sammen and The Applied Sustainability LAB, developing alternative learning ecologies that empower neurodivergent and NEET youth through vocational training, craft, and upcycled materials from the construction industry.
Endre’s early experiences—ranging from military leadership and mental health care to frontline crisis response and global travel—inform his empathetic, systems-based practice. He is driven by a singular vision: to design futures that are not only sustainable—but regenerative, inclusive, and intentional.
